About The Elements
Our skin works hard to protect our bodies from environmental stressors such as irritants, regulates temperature, keeps allergens and microbes calm. There are many factors that affect skin condition and influence how it looks and feels, some are internal and some are external. Some factors we cannot influence, but many we can. A healthy skincare regimen can protect skin and keep it looking younger for longer. Our skin regenerates its self approximately every 27 days, and it needs nourishment for a healthy and beneficial process to occur. It nourishes plants that absorb CO2 and emit oxygen, helping us take the breath we so desperately need. With out water our planet would look more like mars that it would the earth we know today. Salt water is where some of these benefits can turn into irritants for your skin.
Snow
Water comes in many beautiful forms and snow is just one of them. Fluffy, crunchy, packable, and rollable, it is an amazing element that can be found all over the world. From skiing down a mountain to making snowmen, we love playing in the snow! But too much of any good thing can become a bad thing…
